Nursery Classes Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Class Leader to lead the provision of our  Fledglings (Two-Year-Old)

classes during a period of maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is

passionate about Early Years education and confident in leading a team.

In this leadership role, you will guide and support staff, ensuring day-to-day organisation, routines and staff ratios

run smoothly. You will take responsibility for the pastoral wellbeing and developmental progress of the children, and

you will champion high-quality practice by creating a caring, stimulating and purposeful learning environment in which
