About the Role

A small, busy nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate second Deputy Manager to be part of a small team helping to

lead the nursery and ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess

strong leadership and communication skills, a strong background in early childhood education, and the ability to

effectively manage staff alongside fostering positive relationships with children and their families.
