Nursery Deputy Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager with a minimum level 3 childcare qualification and experience as a room leader or deputy. This role involves ensuring high standards of care and education while supporting nursery staff and fostering strong relationships with parents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of care and EYFS delivery.
• Support and manage nursery staff effectively.
• Maintain safeguarding and hygiene standards.
• Liaise with parents to promote partnerships.
• Plan and deliver stimulating activities for children.
• Monitor child progress and tailor planning.
• Organize safe outings and manage emergencies.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Previous role as Room Leader or Deputy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding children.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £30,000 to £34,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
