About the Role

Join Looby Lous Complete Childcare as a Deputy Manager, where you'll help create a magical environment for children aged 0-12. You'll support the Nursery Manager, lead a dedicated team, and ensure a safe, nurturing space for every child to thrive. Your passion for early years education will shine as you inspire both staff and children.

Responsibilities

• Support daily nursery operations and step in as Manager when needed
• Lead by example with warmth and energy
• Inspire team development and growth
• Build trusting relationships with parents and staff
• Plan and deliver exciting, child-led activities
• Ensure a safe, happy, and Ofsted-ready environment

Requirements

• Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare (essential)
• At least 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting
• Strong leadership skills and a big heart
• Excellent communication skills and passion for early learning
