Education are recruiting on behalf of a well-established early years setting seeking a confident and enthusiastic Duty
Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys
being on the floor, leading by example, and supporting staff and families day to day. This opportunity would also suit a
strong Room Leader or Deputy looking to step up into a Duty Manager position. The Role As Duty Manager, you will act as
the manager on duty, overseeing the day-to-day running of the nursery. You will support staff, ensure ratios are met,
