Nursery Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our nursery in South West London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care and education to children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated team of nursery staff.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Plan and monitor the curriculum for individual needs.
• Manage daily operations and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding development.

Requirements

• Proven nursery management experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above).
