The Role
Applications are welcomed for the position of Nursery Manager at Little Lodge. We are seeking an exceptional and
passionate leader to drive outstanding early years provision for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The successful
candidate will lead our dedicated nursery team across four rooms (Little Explorers, Little Adventurers, Little Learners,
and Little Lodgers) in delivering an ambitious, child-centred curriculum rooted in our values of kindness, hard work,
and honesty. With operational autonomy and senior leadership support, you will have the opportunity to shape Little
