About the Role
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, along with excellent
leadership skills. This role requires effective communication in English and the ability to manage a team while ensuring
a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will need to be level NVQ level 3 or above. Responsibilities
* Manage the overall operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement educational programmes that promote children's development and learning.
