About the Role

Our current nursery manager is retiring and so, we are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and experienced

individual to lead our friendly and hard-working team into the next chapter.

If successful, you will be responsiblefor the day-to-day operational provision and management of the Mid & South Essex

Foundation Trust Ladybird Nursery, based at Southend Hospital.

This includes staff management, health and safety, safeguarding, effective communications and staff involvement,
