About the Role
There is an exciting opportunity to join the Health Visiting skill mix team delivering Health Visiting services in
Hounslow. We are looking for a Community Nursery Nurse to work within our skill mix team to offer well child clinics,
health reviews and packages of care to families.
The work is offered in a variety of community settings, which include homes, clinics, hotels, refuges, early years
settings, Family Hubs & children’s centres.
The Community Nursery Nurse will work flexibly across the 3 Hounslow localities depending on service need.
