About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in our nursery setting. Your responsibilities will include planning and preparing engaging activities tailored to meet each child's individual needs while maintaining effective communication with parents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare engaging activities for children.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and staff.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment.
- Keep detailed developmental records.
- Manage children's behaviour positively.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of play areas.
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic about working with young children.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Level 2 qualification in Childcare preferred.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child development.
- Flexible, reliable, and patient approach.
- Eager to grow within a nursery community.
