About the Role
Bank staff are self-employed team members who work on a flexible, as-needed basis to support the nursery. It is a great
opportunity to learn our routines and understand our ethos. Historically, many of our bank staff later become permanent
members of the team when a place becomes available and when we feel they are ready to join formally.
