About the Role

Kiddi Caru Market Harborough Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, seeks a dedicated Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years. You will care for and support children, ensuring they receive enriching experiences tailored to their development. Join our team to make a positive impact on young lives.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
• Ensure children receive stimulating experiences.
• Prepare and support children’s activities.
• Maintain effective day-to-day management in absence of Team Leader.
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff.

Requirements

• Level 2 or above in Early Years.
• Experience in childcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Position based in Market Harborough, working Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 15:00.
