About the Role

Join Oak Tree Day Nursery & Pre-School as a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner. In this role, you'll create engaging activities that foster children's development in a nurturing, eco-conscious environment. With a focus on sustainability and cultural diversity, you'll help children thrive through outdoor play and daily learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Observe and document children's progress
• Build relationships with parents and carers
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment
• Maintain staff-to-child ratios and uphold EYFS standards
• Support daily nursery operations and policies

Requirements

• Level 2 Childcare Qualification – Essential
• Fluent in English – Essential
• 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
• Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable

Compensation

Salary: £27,040 per annum. To be discussed for part-time roles.

Location & Schedule

Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) at 13 Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 4QD.
