About the Role
About the Role We are looking for a confident and experienced Room Leader to take ownership of a nursery room, ensuring
high-quality care, education and development for all children. You will lead a small team, create a nurturing
environment and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day running of a designated nursery room
* Plan and deliver stimulating activities in line with the EYFS
* Complete observations, assessments and learning journals
