About the Role

Nursery Room leader Berkshire, Reading, ENG To lead and manage a Montessori classroom, ensuring the highest standards of

education and care are provided in line with the Montessori philosophy, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and all

relevant statutory requirements. To act as a role model and mentor to staff, fostering a nurturing and stimulating

learning environment where every child can reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management

* Lead the day-to-day operation of the Montessori room, ensuring smooth running and consistency of practice.

* Support, supervise, and mentor practitioners and assistants in the classroom.
