About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide stimulating experiences for children.
• Enhance children's physical and emotional development.
• Assist staff with child learning journals.
• Lead by example and promote respect.
• Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all.
• Meet EYFS statutory framework requirements.

Requirements

• Full Level 3 Childcare qualification - Essential.
• Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential.
• 6 months’ experience in a senior role - Desirable.
• Knowledge of Ofsted expectations - Desirable.
• Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential.

Compensation

Salary: £28,995.20, plus a £1,000 joining bonus.

Location & Schedule

Located in Marlow, this role requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
