Nursery Room Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Leader with a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and at least two years of experience in early childhood settings. This full-time role involves leading a nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and fostering child development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursery staff effectively.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and best practices.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programs.
• Monitor and support child development.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
• At least two years of nursery experience.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Driving licence preferred.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £24,000 to £27,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location & Schedule

Work location is in person, Monday to Friday. Applicants should be within a 40-minute commute.
