Nursery Room Leader

About the Role

Horizon Teachers are seeking a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join a welcoming and well-established Montessori

nursery in Romford, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3+ qualified Early

Years professional with at least two years’ experience, who is confident stepping into a leadership role and supporting

the day-to-day running of a busy room. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain a high standard of

physical and emotional care, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children. The ideal Room

Leader will: Hold a Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (or above) Have at least two years’ experience working
