About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Room Leader to lead one of our rooms and inspire a team of

practitioners to deliver high-quality early years education. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Level 3 (or

above) qualified professional looking to take the next step in their childcare career. Key Responsibilities Lead and

manage the daily running of the room Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Support,

mentor, and supervise room staff Monitor children's learning and development through observation and assessment Ensure
