About the Role
Room Leader (Senior Nursery Practitioner) We are seeking experienced Room Leaders to join a large, well-organised Early
Years setting in South East London. This role is ideal for a confident Senior Practitioner or an existing Room Leader
looking for a supportive setting with real opportunities for progression. The nursery has a strong team culture, values
staff wellbeing and promotes from within wherever possible. The role As Room Leader, you will take responsibility for
the day-to-day running of your room while leading and supporting a small team to deliver outstanding childcare and
