About the Role
Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader/Third in Charge to join our dynamic
team. This role involves supporting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily leadership and smooth running of
the nursery, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and education to children.
Key responsibilities include leading your room team to provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment, planning and
delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, and maintaining strong partnerships with
parents and carers. You will also take on management responsibilities in the absence of senior management.
