About the Role
Protocol Education is working with nurseries in BS15 to find caring, reliable and flexible Nursery and Early Years
Support Staff who love helping little ones feel safe, settled and ready to learn. We’re looking for Nursery Assistants,
Early Years Practitioners and Learning Support Staff who enjoy supporting children in their very first years of
education. Roles suit people who bring patience, warmth and consistency, and who understand how powerful early
relationships can be. At Protocol Education, we take pride in matching staff to short- and long-term roles that fit
