Nursery Support Staff (BS16)

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for caring, reliable and flexible individuals who genuinely love working with our youngest

learners. If you thrive in a Nursery setting, where no two days are the same and the small moments matter most, we’d

love to hear from you.

You’ll be supporting children within EYFS, helping them settle into routines, build early communication skills and

develop confidence through play-based learning. Whether you’re working one to one, in small groups or supporting the

wider classroom, your calm presence and encouragement will help children feel safe, secure and ready to explore.
