About the Role

Location: Barnsley Contract: Full-time, Long-term Start Date: January 2026 Salary: £85–£100 per day We’re looking for a

nurturing, energetic Nursery Teaching Assistant to support an Early Years class in a lovely Barnsley primary school.

You’ll join a close-knit EYFS team who believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, laughter, and learning through

play. Your day-to-day: Support the class teacher with all areas of learning and care Help children develop independence,

language, and confidence Lead small group or one-to-one activities tailored to each child’s needs Contribute to a warm,

inclusive environment where every child feels valued Work closely with staff and parents to celebrate achievements and
