About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
City Health Care Partnership CIC are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the team in the
Urgent Treatment Centre as a Nurse Associate. There will be a requirement to work at times to cover others bases within
the East Riding and Hull. The post holder will be responsible for supporting Practitioners, GP’s, and other
professionals in the delivery of an integrated urgent care service to the local population.
