Nursing Associate - Community Nursing

About the Role

The Registered Nursing Associate (RNA) will work as part of the multidisciplinary team within the Liverpool District

Nursing service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care under the direction of registered nurses. The RNA will

contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, supporting patients with a range of

health needs in their own homes and community settings. Main Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective care to

patients in line with individual care plans and clinical guidelines. Support registered nurses in the assessment and

monitoring of patients, escalating concerns appropriately. Administer medications and treatments within scope of
