Nursing Associate (DN)
About the Role
Planning and Organisational Duties To undertake the delivery of nursing care as delegated by the DN team manager/Team
Leader, for example, clinical skills such as catheterisation, phlebotomy, carried out in patients homes. To work at all
times in accordance with all Trust policies, procedures and protocols specific to the service. To provide high quality,
sensitive and competent care for patients, by demonstrating practical and ongoing application of your underpinning
knowledge, as appropriate to your AP qualification. For example, decision on wound care, treatments or whether to
catheterise a patient. To maintain accurate patient care records in accordance with the Trust Guidelines for Records and
Responsibilities
