care and support to children with life limiting and life threatening conditions.

Our service is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. Julia’s House supports more than 140 families across

Dorset and Wiltshire, in the community, at our hospices and in our families own homes. Nurses have the opportunity to

spend time with the children and their families, developing strong relationships and meeting their individual needs. The

successful candidate will have experience of caring for children with complex needs. You will have the ability to work
