Nursing Associate General Practice (GP Surgery)
About the Role
Core Responsibilities The Nursing Associate will work within their scope of practice and in accordance with theNMC Code,
supported by supervision from a Senior Nurse. While core duties are outlined below, there may be occasions when other
reasonable tasks are required, depending on workload and staffing. Clinical Responsibilities Carry out chronic disease
management reviews and support patients with long-term conditions using a holistic, person-centred approach. Undertake
routine patient care tasks as directed by nurses or GPs, including vital signs, observations, wound care, and assisting
with minor procedures. Administer prescribed medications (e.g. nebulisers, subcutaneous or intramuscular injections) in
