About the Role
Take responsibility for a group of allocated patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Able to understand
signs of deterioration in patients condition, monitor and escalate to appropriate staffs in timely manner. Demonstrate
the ability to keep complete, clear, accurate and timely records/documentation. Demonstrate knowledge and skills to
perform range of nursing procedures, medical devices to meet patients needs for safe, effective and person-centred care
related to medication, nutrition, hydration, elimination, oral care, skin integrity, pain etc. Apply appropriate
elements of nursing care process and be able to assist the RN in on-going assessment, planning, management and
