About the Role

We are looking for a Band 4 Community Nurse Associate to work within our Isle of Ely Community Nursing team supporting

patients with clinical health needs.

As a nursing associate you will provide high standard of nursing care and interventions within the patient’s own home,

with support from the wider team. The patient will be at the centre of the care being provided, ensuring patient and

carer participation in decision making. Our area covers Ely and surrounding villages.

We provide a service seven days a week, working closely with other community services and PCN's to provide high standard
