About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate to join our Community Nursing Service in South East and

Central Northumberland. The post is to cover a secondment for 12 months. You will be an integral part of a community

nursing team and our registered nurses will support you in delivering planned care to patients which will include wound

care regimes, venepuncture, medication administration, catheterisation and palliative care.
