About the Role

We are searching for Band 4 Nursing Associates to come and join our nursing team in Ashfield - could this be you?

You will be working in a busy community based serviceproviding general nursing care which includes, catheter management,

injections/or medication management, wound care and palliative nursing care in patient’s homes and residential care
