About the Role
Clinical Responsibility To be professionally & legally responsible & accountable for all aspects of your own work
including the management of service users in your care. Undertake clinical risk assessment and management plans and
develop within these, comprehensive multi agency contingency planning. To provide specialist clinical advice for service
users who present challenging needs. This includes direct work with service users and families, advice to colleagues,
other service providers and carers. To manage a caseload and operate as a named health worker to service users. To
identify and provide training in response to specific service user needs. To carry out assessment of individual needs,
