About the Role
Responsibilities and Duties: To be the Registered Named Manager with the Care Quality Commission. Maintain managers
awareness of requirements and processes of CQC, ensure safe storage of documentation, take part in CQC inspections
including the preparation and PIR information, and take responsibility to report notifiable events to CQC. Effectively
and efficiently manage the running of the Nursing Team with the aim of always maintaining the highest standards and
quality of our service. Responsible for clear, concise and informative communication throughout the Nursing Team.
