Job summary
To work on the in-patient unit (IPU) atWoking and Sam Beare Hospice (WSBH)
To workunder the direction of the IPU manager, Nurse in Charge and as part of amulti-disciplinary team to support
patients with all their nutritional needs
Ensures adequatemonitoring of ward consumable stock and rotation of ward consumables.
Responsiblein monitoring and maintaining medication supplies to support safe and effectivepatient care.
