About the Role

JOB SUMMARY To assist in obtaining dietary information from patients and following up care plans as recommended by the

clinical dietitian Observe patients for signs of diet-related complications Offer support to the Adult and Paediatric

Dietitians, nurses, health care assistants in identifying nutrition-related issues Perform nutrition assessments,

including taking anthropometrical measurements To work alongside the Dietitians in implementing nutrition care plans and

teaching/education sessions You will have opportunities to work within the Ealing community
