About the Role

We are looking for a confident, flexible and reliable team player to join our friendly Nutrition & Dietetic Department.

You will be working forEaling Community Serviceswithin the Nutrition and Dietetic Team. The team consists of 15

Dietitians and 3 Nutrition Assistant Practitioners.

Under the direction of the Dietitians the post holder will monitor and support patients (adults and children) who need

dietary input. (Training and supervision will be provided). You will responsible for collecting clinical information,

providing some basic nutrition advice, administrative duties including dealing with patient and health professional
