About the Role

• The post holder will be responsible for managing and overseeing the provision of a high-quality obstetric ultrasound

service.

• The post holder will combine hands-on clinical scanning with leadership, mentoring, and service oversight.

• The post holder will ensure scanning protocols and reporting standards reflect best practice and research, while

supporting the sonography team in delivering scans and managing unexpected clinical findings.

• The post holder in addition to their clinical responsibilities, will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations
