About the Role

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, evidence-based occupational

health nursing service for over 4,000 employees. Your impact spans proactive and responsive support, including sickness

absence management, fitness-for-role assessments, health surveillance, and organisation-wide health promotion. Working

within a nurse-led service, you will also help shape and develop the councils approach to employee health and wellbeing

through your professional expertise and innovative ideas.
