Job Description Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor Reporting to: Head of HR Operations Location: Home Based travel
to central office and services Main Purpose To support the promotion of workplace health and wellbeing and positive
attendance at work throughout the employee lifecycle including pre-employment which balances the needs and challenges of
the business with appropriate and reasonable support of individuals. Key Accountabilities Support the successful
onboarding of candidates by managing the pre-employment health assessment process liaising with Onboarding, Service
Leadership and the HR Business Partners. Support the management of employee ill health and disabilities throughout their
