About the Role

The Occupational Health Practice Nurse (OHPN) will work flexibly to provide comprehensive occupational health services, promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace while adhering to NMC standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and screenings.
• Manage inoculation injuries and contamination incidents.
• Coordinate health and wellbeing activities.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Participate in audits and policy development.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage workload.
• Full UK Driving License required.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable, ranging from £21,909 to £28,462, depending on experience.
