About the Role
As an Occupational Health Technician, you will provide essential health monitoring services at our OH centres, supporting Network Rail employees and line managers. Your role will focus on preventing and managing work-related health issues, contributing to a sustainable workforce and a safer work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audiometry, spirometry, and HAVs Tier 1 assessments.
- Perform blood pressure checks and drug/alcohol testing.
- Manage and update employee OH records.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and GDPR standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as an Occupational Health Technician or relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in IT and record-keeping.
- Awareness of safety and confidentiality standards.
