About the Role

in an integrated Urgent Community Response Service based in Beaumont House at Mile End Hospital. The Band 7 Occupational

Therapist will provide a high-quality, specialist service to adults and older people with a wide range of disabilities

and complex needs, including chronic illness and long-term conditions. This community-based role sits within an

integrated multidisciplinary Community Health Service and focuses on promoting independence, preventing hospital

admissions, and supporting timely discharges through client-centred, goal-oriented interventions. As part of Role, the
