About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, innovative, flexible, and well-motivated Occupational Therapist
to join the East Integrated Rehabilitation Team based primarily within the rehab therapy team at Liskeard Community
Hospital.
Under the umbrella of the East Rehab Therapy Team, we provide high quality rehabilitation and reablement in the
community, alongside step-down intermediate care in the community bedded settings of Liskeard and Launceston hospitals
to adults (aged 18 years or over) who need support after discharge from acute inpatient settings and virtual wards to
