About the Role

We are looking for a Band 6 Occupational therapist with strong communication and organisational skills, a clear

understanding of occupational therapy models, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team/s.

Motivation, flexibility, initiative, and enabling approach are essential, along with experience in physical health

settings.

This role combines direct clinical provision and supervising and developing large number of Community Health Care

Support Workers to deliver holistic enabling care plans.
