An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Occupational Therapist to join the multidisciplinary community team
at Dorking Community Hospital, part of the Surrey Downs Health and Care partnership hosted by Epsom and St Helier
University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The post holder will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with
complex needs including frailty, multiple co-morbidities, admission avoidance, and discharge-to-assess pathways. Working
