Occupational Therapy Clinical Support Worker

About the Role

Contribute to occupational therapy functional assessments and identified treatment plans under the guidance of an

Occupational Therapist. Examples include: - Regaining / maintaining / developing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills

which can decrease during a hospital admission, eg: planning meaningful routines, self-care activities, cooking skills.

- Facilitating Patients to re-engage / maintain interests and activities in relation to their recovery and wellbeing. -

Facilitating engagement in identified purposeful roles. - Facilitating Patients to achieve the occupational goals they

have identified. - Facilitating Patients integration into the community. To carry out community/home visits as directed
