About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be an integral member of the Team on the Dementia assessment ward. The post holder will facilitate
and support people with a diagnosis of dementia, under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist and in
accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures. The post holder will be responsible for the management of a delegated
caseload. The post holder will participate in assessments, treatments and interventions to maximise independent living
skills, including: the provision of person-centred therapeutic activities (1:1 & / or groups) to provide cognitive
